No Photo	I have a supposed pair of Mealy Amazons (A.f.farinosa). The one bird has a gold ring which i am told confirms this to be a hen, the other bird is not ringed. I was led to believe that these birds are about 3 years old. I am not a breeder and i obtained these birds because of the condition in which they were being kept, I currently have the birds indoors and the hen is using the nest box (as a bed). I've had the birds for 12 months. These really need to go into a aviary where they can live a better life, and they are far to noisy for indoors (make the macaws sound quiet). I have observed the birds preening and feeding each other. I would like to exchange these for a single bird more suited to life as a companion. I prefer the larger birds and currently keep Macaws.
